Due to the reality of COVID-19, the Midwest Multifamily Conference has made some big changes following feedback from our planning committees.

This was a difficult decision, however we believe this decision will maximize participants time while still providing the valuable connections, resources and education that participants take away from this annual conference.

We’ve moved the date.

After much feedback from the multifamily industry, we’ve decided to reschedule the Midwest Multifamily Conference for Tuesday, Nov. 10.

New 1-Day Format!

Considering that your time is valuable, we’ve switched from our usual 2-day format to 1-day to ensure you get the most out of this conference including your CEC credits! Don’t miss the highly motivational Keynote Speaker that will kick off the day followed by a premium line up of education sessions.

Awards of Excellence Reception!

We’re focusing on the individual.

This year, we are focusing on the individual by taking the time to recognize those who go above and beyond for our industry. We will be taking a year off from recognizing the Prodigy Awards to make room for the Awards of Excellence and the Maintenance Mania Appreciation Awards to be recognized during MESH!
