Includes lunch, afternoon seminars, trade show access, and a MESH ticket on Friday (10/27) only for one attendee. This plan does not include sessions prior to lunch or admission to the Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner.
IAA REGISTRATION POLICIES
- Forms will not be processed without payment.
- One registration per form.
- Please use a separate form for each additional registration.
- Registration plans may not be shared.
CANCELLATION POLICY/DEADLINES/REFUNDS
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and mailed or emailed to the Indiana Apartment Association (9200 Keystone Crossing, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240, iaa@iaaonline.net)
- After Sept. 27, 2022, 50% refund will be issued.
- After Oct. 4, 2022, NO REFUND will be issued.
- Substitutions given after Oct. 6, 2022 will be issued a $25 service charge.
- Substitutions will be permitted only with written authorization from original registrant. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused registrations.
- Refunds for cancellations made prior to October 4, 2022 will be processed after the conference.
