IAA REGISTRATION POLICIES
- Forms will not be processed without payment.
- One registration per form.
- Please use a separate form for each additional registration.
- Registration plans may not be shared
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and mailed or faxed to the Indiana Apartment Association (9200 Keystone Crossing, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240, fax: 317-816-8911)
- After Sept. 28, 2021, 50% refund will be issued.
- After Oct. 5, 2021, NO REFUND will be issued.
- Substitutions given after Oct. 7, 2020 will be issued a $25 service charge.
- Telephone substitutions and cancellations will not be issued.
- Substitutions will be permitted only with written authorization from original registrant. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused registrations.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be processed after Oct. 5, 2021.
