Plan A package

Includes all seminars, trade show access, and admission to the Prodigy Awards Dinner on 10/11 and 10/12 for one attendee.

Plan B package

Includes all seminars and trade show access on 10/11 for one attendee.

Plan C package

Includes all seminars and trade show access on 10/12 for one attendee.

Plan D package

Includes admission to the Prodigy Awards Dinner on 10/12 for one attendee.

Maintenance package

Includes lunch, afternoon seminars, trade show access, and MESH on 10/12 for one attendee.

Plan E package

Includes trade show access on 10/11 and 10/12 for one attendee.

IAA REGISTRATION POLICIES

  • Forms will not be processed without payment.
  • One registration per form.
  • Please use a separate form for each additional registration.
  • Registration plans may not be shared.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and mailed or faxed to the Indiana Apartment Association (9200 Keystone Crossing, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240, fax: 317-816-8911)

CANCELLATION DEADLINES/REFUNDS

  • After Sept. 28, 2021, 50% refund will be issued.
  • After Oct. 5, 2021, NO REFUND will be issued.
  • Substitutions given after Oct. 7, 2020 will be issued a $25 service charge.
  • Telephone substitutions and cancellations will not be issued.
  • Substitutions will be permitted only with written authorization from original registrant. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused registrations.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be processed after Oct. 5, 2021.
