Plan A

Entire Conference Package–Includes all convention seminars, lunch each day, trade show access and Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner on 10/11.

Plan B

First Day Only—Includes 6 seminars, trade show floor access, and lunch on 10/10. Does not include Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner.

Plan C

Second Day Only—Includes 6 seminars, trade show floor access, and lunch on 10/11. Does not include Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner.

Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner Only—October 11, 2017

Plan E

Trade Show Only—Trade show floor access only on October 10 and 11.

IAA REGISTRATION POLICIES

  • Forms will not be processed without payment.
  • One registration per form.
  • Please use a separate form for each additional registration.
  • Registration plans may not be shared.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and mailed or faxed to the Indiana Apartment Association (9100 Keystone Crossing Suite 725, Indianapolis, IN 46240, fax: 317-816-8911)

CANCELLATION DEADLINES/REFUNDS

  • After September 26, 2017, 50% refund will be issued.
  • After October 9, 2017, NO REFUND will be issued.
  • Substitutions given after October 3, 2017, or on-site at the conference, will be issued a $25 service charge.
  • Telephone substitutions and cancellations will not be issued.
  • Substitutions will be permitted only with written authorization from original registrant. No refunds will be issues for no-shows or unused tickets.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be processed after October 9, 2017.
  • Please contact the hotel directly for room cancellations.
